WHAT IS A VIP CHECK-UP?
A check-up is not just a healthcare practice consisting of tests and examinations. Before the check-up, a personal assessment is made by taking the patient’s family history; not just evaluating lab tests. A check-up is a health appraisal made in line with the doctor-patient interview as well as laboratory and radiological examinations. The patient's health status is gauged by considering one’s lifestyle, diet, habits, and hereditary risks. According to findings resulting from the check-up, information is provided, and the patient is advised as to what issues need to be addressed and paid attention to. If any health problem is discovered or a disease diagnosed, the patient is referred to the relevant medical department.
WHY SHOULD YOU DO IT?
With regular health check-ups, any findings with potential to progress into disease can be determined. This plays a major role in preventing you from facing serious future health problems which may diminish the quality of your life.

For women aged 20 – 40, a general health examination, basic blood tests, urine analysis, chest X-ray, breast examination, and a gynecological workup is recommended once a year.

Furthermore, men in this age group should undergo prostate-specific examinations and tests in the urology department.
Additionally, people who smoke, have a family history of, or health problems such as diabetes or hypertension should undergo a cardiac stress test, ECO, EKG, and cardiological check-ups every two years after the age of 40.
